CHAR-CHICKEN CHICKEN BREAST
Char-siu chicken: chicken breast, sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce.
Five spices powder: cinnamon, anise, coriander, cloves, dry mandarin, fennel.
Cooking instruction: For quick thawing, immerse the meat bag in the clean, cold water bowl for 10 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing, take the bags out, cut and pour the meat into a bowl, reheat by microwave on high from 1 min to 3 min.
